How can I raise or submit a ticket?

Ticket is a way of sharing an issue with the Coindelta team that you face. Ticket basically contains the description of the issue.

In order to submit a ticket, visit Coindelta Ticket Generator by clicking the following link: Raise ticket

On opening the link, you will see a form where you have to submit details such as:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Subject
  • Description

  • Select the Department in which you have the issue. For example, if you have issue related to security, then choose ‘Security’ as your department. This will help us in faster resolution of your issues.

  • Attach files, if any, related to the issue by clicking on Attachment. After filling all the details, click on the Submit button to submit a Ticket. Your issue will be resolved within ~4 hrs.
