How to protect your account from website Phishing?

One of the ways that online hackers and scammers try to get information from customers is through phishing emails. Phishing emails are fraudulent emails that are made to look like legitimate emails from a person or company you may work with, but they are really from a malicious person trying to obtain important information from you.

Here are few measures:

  • If you receive a call from any person claiming to be from Coindelta and asking you for your personal information such as Mail ID, Password, Login OTP etc. Never share any of your details as Coindelta never makes any call to the customer and only responds to a customer through Support.
  • Only respond to the emails you receive from Coindelta of this email announcements@coindelta.com, no-reply@coindelta.com and support@coindelta.com. Never reply to any of the emails infosecurity50364@coindelta.com, support45730@coindelta.com etc...
  • Avoid clicking on pop-ups.
