MY KYC is getting rejected all the time. What should I do?
If your KYC gets rejected all the time then this may be the following reasons:
- Either your PAN Card is BlacknWhite.
- Either your PAN Card number and a name doesn't match with your profile PAN or AADHAR numbers and name.
- Either any one of the documents you have submitted is password protected.
- Your Bank document details such as IFSC code, account number, account holder's name doesn't match with your profile details.
Please make sure you upload eligible documents. In which your Name, PAN number and Date of Birth are clearly visible.
If your KYC gets rejected you will receive an email stating the reason for your KYC rejection. In such case, you have to again upload the documents and update your profile.
Make sure that the Information on the documents matches with the profile info. Such as
- PAN Number
- Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
